s32k144 flash fail

I have three kinds tool：

A.PEmicro

B.PEcyclone

C.jLink

if i flash the chip with A (on s32ds),the chip work successful.

but if i use B or C , Instant display success, still does not work.

Than i read out the memory of the chip，The above three reads are the same.

But why only flash with the PEmicro the chip can work?

Can tell me more detail about your description? I'm using OpenSDA(PE) and J-link both, it works fine on my side.
