It looks like you didn't disconnect the last debug connection and started a new debug.
You need to disconnect the last debugging connection before starting a new one.

Thanks for that. Actually i diconnecetd my previous debugging session and tried it but continiously i have been getting the same error. So, i restarted my system and then it started working.
