When I create a new project, I select the SDK as PlatformSDK_S32K3_2022_03_S32K344_M7, but the generated mex file has the SDK as PlatformSDK_S32K3_2022_07_S32K344_M7. What method can I use to make both SDKs become either PlatformSDK_S32K3_2022_03_S32K344_M7 or PlatformSDK_S32K3_2022_07_S32K344_M7?

Hi @ssslz

First, please note that RTD versions 2.0.0 and 2.0.1 are older software releases, and we recommend updating to newer IDE and RTD versions.

Regarding your question about converting or aligning both SDKs to either PlatformSDK_S32K3_2022_03_S32K344_M7 or PlatformSDK_S32K3_2022_07_S32K344_M7, this is not possible. The two versions cannot be merged or converted into a single SDK. You must choose and work with either RTD version 2.0.0 or RTD version 2.0.1, depending on your project requirements.

Finally, with the latest releases of S32 Design Studio, it is recommended to install only one RTD version per device to ensure correct functionality and avoid conflicts within the IDE.

What I mean is, why is the SDK I selected in the project PlatformSDK_S32K3_2022_03_S32K344_M7, but the SDK in the generated MEX file is PlatformSDK_S32K3_2022_07_S32K344_M7? What I mean is, how can I make both the SDK in the project and the SDK in the MEX file become PlatformSDK_S32K3_2022_03_S32K344_M7, instead of merging these two SDKs into one.

Hi @ssslz

This behavior is typically caused when multiple RTD versions for the same device family are installed within a single S32DS instance. As a best practice, it is recommended to have only the specific RTD version you intend to use installed.

Please try uninstalling all existing RTD versions, and then install only the required version. This should help resolve the issue.
