peripheral code update error

Hi,

I am working on a project that i imported from Git after reinstalling the s32ds from Windows 10 to Windows 11.  After importing it in the Workspace i can build and compile the project with no issues. However in the Peripherals section when i try to update the code i have the following errors:

The toolchain version i am using is the NXP GCC 6.3 ARM Bare-Metal 32-bit Target Binary 

SDK : 4.0.1 for S32K144 Microcontroller

IDE Version : v3.5

PS: the Project is compiling with no errors or warnings and can be debugged even though the errors say will not compile.

Is there a way to correct this error?

I used to work with is exact combi S32DS v3.5 + SDK 4.0.1 that is why it is weird for me that i have those errors. and i tried to right click on the error but i only get this :

Hi @snow3847,

Added to the peripheral problems, there is the first error shown, saying the processor does not match the one configured in the project's toolchain.

Could you share the project and/or GitHub link to try and replicate this issue on my side?

Hi @snow3847,

This may be an issue with S32DS v3.5 + SDK 4.0.1, as these versions are not recommended, nor tested. If possible, please try to install the SDK in S32DS v3.4 instead.

That said, this error is simply visual because when importing the project, you already have the generated source code. I imagine this is persistent after clicking "Update code"? Could you try right clicking the error message in the "Problems" view and click "Add SDK component..."?
