I am looking to implement monotonic/freshness counter in s32k1xx chip. I do not find the details of the monotonic counter in the reference manual.
Is there any separate documentation or could someone please brief me on this?

Unfortunately, the CSEc engine on S32K1xx does not support monotonic counters.
It is supported by the HSE module on S32K3xx, for example.
