how to get conversion data for ANAMUX, VREFH and VREFL

doc:  S32K3xx Reference Manual, Rev. 7, 05/2023 

* from doc, I found I could access ADC conversion data of all ADC_P[#], ADC_S[#] and ADC_X[#] channels from PCDR, ICDR and ECDR registers

* while I found no similar registers storing conversion data for ANAMUX_OUT, VREFL and VREFH channel. Then how is the recommended way to access these data.
