gpio not works after change clock settings

on s32k324, when we change clock settings from 160Mhz PLL to 48Mhz FIRC, the GPIO does not work anymore.(all gpio, not any specific pin)

we use RTD MCAL API 

Mcu_InitClock(), to change the clock settings.  

But after we change from PLL top FIRC, we found if we read GPIO pins, they always return high even the HW is low.

Any suggestions?

Hi 

There is RTD example Mcu_Example_S32K344 which switch clock settings by Mcu_InitClock API. Have you test it?

Did you enable the clock of SIUL2 in Clocks Tool?

If it still doesn't work, please send me a simplified test project.
