we are developing a project  based on FEE(flash EEPROM emulation) in s32k144 board .which example program should I use as a reference

Please refer the flash_partitioning_s32k144 example in S32SDK_S32K1XX_RTM_4.0.1.

You can download the S32 Design Studio 3.4 and then install the S32SDK S32K1XX RTM 4.0.1 in S32DS Extensions and Updates view.
