i'm in hardware design phase, i need to know which device allow me to debug / program my board.I need to use a 10 pin jtag connector.
There is something ready to use?
I'm using a S32k144 microcontroller.

please look at the following link. In section Emulators/Probes are listed all devices, which could be used for debugging/programing S32k144.
