What should I do if there is a hard fault during debugging

I'm based on the S32DS 3.5, and the chip uses the S32K312.

I had a hard falut during debugging. So I opened the register during debugging to see where the problem was. I found that when I debug to a certain step, the pc will appear hardFault, how should this problem be solved?
