What license for the S32K3 - NXP RTOS?

May I ask the license for the S32K3 Reference Software - NXP RTOS, Is it free for commercial use?

The NXP RTOS is outgoing with the following license agreement:

LA_OPT_NXP_Software_License v53 December 2023
                    No distribution permitted, license in Section 2.2 applies
