What is the difference between debug and run mode?

Why does lpit wake up s32k144 running in VLPs mode in debug mode?

Why CAN can wake up S32K in VLPS mode，just initialize the CAN module ?

Hi,

As you can see in Chapter 53.13 Debug in low-power modes, with debug enabled, transitions from Run directly to VLPS are not allowed and result in the system entering Stop mode instead.

So, in this case, it seems the LPIT wake up from VLPS.

But in stand-alone mode the LPIT as well as CAN cannot wake up from VLPS.
