Timer Performance Diagnostic

We need to implement Timer Performance Diagnostic with LPIT module, below are the list of diagnostics that need to be implemented.
1) Primary External Clock incorrect frequency SM_081
2) Primary External Clock period jitter SM_080
3) Primary External Clock stuck at open or high impedance clock SM_076
4) Primary External Clock short circuit clock fault SM_079
5) Primary External Clock Stuck at value SM_048

I am not able to find any information related to the above mentioned diagnostics in MC33772B_rev3_May_2018.PDF and MC33772B_SafetyManual - NDA Required.pdf, can you please share the details for these diagnostics.

Hi Manish,

Could you please elaborate more on the SoC that you're using. When I contacted appropriate team who take care of MC33772B, the concern that came up was that there is no "primary external clock". Request you to please clarify which SoC is being used for which you're looking for details of Safety Mechanisms.
