Hi,

I encountered a problem while debugging the clock of the S32K342 chip. During the debugging phase, the J-Link suddenly disconnected, and afterward, the J-Link could not connect to the chip. I noticed that the chip's reset pin was continuously resetting. What should I do?

Hi @shangyuansun

Could you please provide details about the last application that was flashed onto the MCU?

Also, could you check the reset signal using an oscilloscope? Please measure the reset pin directly and share an image of the waveform you observe.

Additionally, I would recommend trying a method that has worked for me and other customers experiencing similar behavior: To flash the MCU, hold the reset line low while attempting to flash it with a simple example, like a blink application. It may fail initially and prompt you to retry. When that happens, let the reset line go high and then try flashing the program again.

Please note: These steps have only been tested on evaluation boards (EVBs), so results may vary in custom hardware.

If the issue persists after trying these steps, please let me know.
