FlexCAN module which supports CAN FD is already implemented in S32K144. So you do not need external standalone CAN controller like SJA1000. All you need is CAN FD transceiver. You can check this selector guide to select the right one:

I just talked with engineer who is working on this. There will be reference design (including SW application) based on S32K144EVB + DEVKIT-MOTORGD. It's not ready yet, I'm still not sure about the release date.
