FTFC_FCSESTAT[EDB] bit is reset on pin_reset if correct debuger disconnection takes palce or on por. what is correct debuger disconnection? and how to do it?

I have tried disconnecting several debuggers in the JTAG mode using the available debugging interfaces, but I could not clear the bit with the external pin reset (reset_b).

What is the background here? Why do you need to clear the bit?

The POR clears it in both SWD and JTAG.

 To avoid EDB being cleared by mistake ，I'm just curious why the document has this sentence， I also have tried disconnecting several debuggers in the JTAG mode using the available debugging interfaces, but I could not clear the bit with the external pin reset (reset_b).
