S32K344: eMIOS triggering the BCTU

Hi,

I need the eMIOS to trigger the BCTU without interrupting the CPU. Currently, I am using the eMIOS GPT driver but I realized that if I remove the interrupt of eMIOS then triggering the BCTU stops. 

Is it possible to trigger the BCTU via the eMIOS without CPU intervention?

Yes! It is possible to trigger the BCTU via the eMIOS without CPU intervention, you can refer to the 4.2.4. Analogue data capturing from app note AN13767. Also you can check the config in its respective software in MCSPTE1AK344 page.
