I am wanting to use the S32K341EHT0MPAST and can't find a list of the functions associated with the pin to the 100 pins. Do you know where I can find the pinout information?

Attached to the S32K3xx Reference Manual, Rev. 8 you can find the S32K342_S32K341_S32K322_IOMUX file, which contains the pins specifications of this device.
