Dear sir：

We are a third-party programmer manufacturer.

Currently testing programming the S32K328NHT1MJBSR.

After successfully programming the customer's file, the J-Link connects successfully,

 

but Erase fails.

If programming random code, erasing and programming can be repeated.

This is our programming circuit.

 

Do you have any suggestions?

Based on the error message, you are attempting to erase the HSE area, which is likely the cause of the erase/write failure.

The entire IC cannot be eraseed.

If it's a programming random code, it can be repeatedly erased and programmed.

What is the address of the HSE area?

I'm not sure if this is the cause; this is just my guess. It's also possible that the current sector is locked in your code.

However, regarding the HSE memory address:

int_pflash : ORIGIN = 0x00400000, LENGTH = 0x007D4000 /* 8191KB - 176KB (sBAF + HSE)*/

Last 176KB reserved for HSE, that is: 0x00BD4000~0x00BFFFFF。
