S32K312 Reset_Handler

I have a 12V project using the S32K312 chip. However, during the operation, due to the system not being in sleep mode, the battery voltage gradually dropped from 12V to 3V. Then, I tried to charge the battery, but all functions disappeared. Even after a power-off and power-on, the functions did not recover. I try to attach this chip and discovered that the program had stucked in the Reset_Handler step.

What could be the reason for this?

Can you show me where is it stuck in the startup?

You should see it in the disassembly.
