S32K312 Port Update Code

I get this error when generating after setting up a port, where should I fix it so it doesn't happen?
I can fix it and use it, but I want to set it so that I don't get this error in the future.
I don't see any modifications in the component settings.

Hi 

Maybe it is caused by installing multiple versions of S32K3 RTD in S32DS v3.4.

If you installed both RTD RTM 1.0.0 and RTM 2.0.0, to avoid project RTD version auto conversion which would break up the old version projects, try to remove the  “compatibility.xml” 
located at “C:\NXP\S32DS.3.4\eclipse\mcu_data\configuration”"
