Hi NXP Teams，

When I capture pwm waveform in icu, using breakpoint running, I capture data is normal, if I directly run full speed and then pause, the captured data is abnormal.

And interrupt to a flag bit, and then step into the interrupt, the flag bit will be set to 1, direct full speed operation, the flag bit can not be set to 1

Can you give me some advice? Thanks

I would need more information.

Do you use EMIOs and if so, which ICU mode?

Do you use RTD drivers or your own implementation?

Can you share the project or a simplified test project that would show the issue, and I could test it on my side?
