S32K312 D-Flash Utilization

Hello everyone,

I'm currently working on utilizing the D-Flash partition available in the S32K312 microcontroller. 

However, I haven't been able to locate detailed information on how to effectively use this feature in my project. Could someone please direct me to resources or provide guidance on where I can find documentation that explains the process of utilizing the D-Flash partition?

Any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @phoeni_x,

I'm not sure what you mean by utilizing the D-Flash partition.

In case you need a SW emulated EEPROM, use the RTD FEE driver.
