There’s either 100BASE-TX PHY DP83848C with RJ45 connector or it is possible to connect external board with PHY like https://www.nxp.com/design/development-boards/analog-toolbox/tja1101-automotive-ethernet-adapter-for...
… which is automotive 100BASE-T1.
So, you can use it as a reference.
