Can someone please tell me the difference between the two resets? In particular using the following code:

Which of the two bits should be set?

Hello,

the definition you can find in reference manual:

Please refer to chapter : 31.4 Reset and boot sequence

Basically the difference is in the point the device will start after the reset.
