Hi,
datasheet specifies FIRC Frequency deviation FIRCacc across PVT (process, voltage, and temperature) after trimming. Aging would be included into specified +-5%
RM's LPUART chapters 77.3.5.1 Data sampling technique, 77.3.2 Baud rate tolerance and 77.3.3 Calculating baud rate tolerance would help to gather other parameters.
