I was using the ADC standard channel of S32K312 to sample the voltage and found that the maximum difference between the result and the real value can reach 6LSB. I think there may be something wrong with my sampling configuration:

The CORE clock is 120MHz, the sampling clock and calibration clock of ADC is 4, and the sampling time configuration is 255, enabling high-speed mode.

Even if I refer to the configuration on the manual, and the result is similar.

In principle there are technology reasons why inputs are different - Because we have many analog inputs for ADC and from some pins the analog path is long, we need to use multiple switches on each analog input. On the precision channels the number of switches is limited so it is recommended for main measurements. Standard channels have more switches in the path.

If you read converted value as 6LSB out of "real value", the it is still in the specification (+/- 6LSB)

what is the resolution of standard channel ?  I didn't clearly see the resolution in the manual. What is the difference between an accurate channel and a standard channel?
