S32K1xx Development Package installation Error

•  i have downloaded the 3.4 v IDE and i am not able to download S32K1xx Development Package its throws some kind of error

Some customers have been able to install the packages by changing the Available S32DS Software Sites URLs from http to https. Please refer to the following community thread for more details:

Where can I find it?S32_SDK_S32K1xx_RTM_4.0.3

Additionally, please verify that no firewall settings or security policies are blocking access to the update sites.
