S32K14x Program running Ram or Flash？

The s32k142,debug arm program that I use jlinkv9.4 debug can run normally, but after burning program should not burn to flash, the program does not run after I restart, this also has boot foot to choose where program starts to run? I didn't find it.

Have you try to program the SDK examples?

I have try to test these examples. Did not see similar phenomenon on S32K142EVB.

If you are test your own project, would you please check if WDOG is enabled or feed WODG periodically.
