FS32K116LIT0VLFT 与 FS32K116LAT0MLFT

The difference between the internal clock generation circuit of the two chips.

I have been using FS32K116LAT0MLFT and the crystal oscillator works fine.

Now with FS32K116LIT0VLFT , after the crystal oscillator works for a period of time, the impedance of EXTALpin to ground becomes low, close to 0. The impedance is normal after a few hours。

I replaced the crystal, and the phenomenon reappeared after a night of normal work. I removed the crystal and the impedance of the pin to ground was normal, but why is the crystal always broken?

Do not rule out irregular channel purchases

This is an issue of this single devices, or you have multiple devices with the same issue? Do you have crystal circuit connected according recommendation?

Hi, it does not sound too much probable. Both devices are very similar.

Are there other differences or you have only replaced the MCU? I would rather expect a hardware issue with this simgle MCU or crystal circuit? or doe you have more devices affected?
