Dear community,

I recently came across the Unified Bootloader Framework solution provided by NXP for S32K FW updates and I'm figuring out whether it would be suitable for my application or not. Before diving into the code examples and integrating the framework to my project I would like to know your input regarding:

  • Production level readiness of the software
  • Commercial use license
  • Availability of a library for creating custom update apps (I cannot seem to find the NxpOpenBus GUI app anywhere)

Kind regards,

Nicolás

Hi Nicolas,

the Unified Bootloader is demo code only which is provided as is, with no guarantees and no support. You can use it as a basis of your own solution.

If you are interested in NxpOpenBus, please create a ticket here and we will send it to you: https://support.nxp.com/

Regards,

Lukas
