Once password is written inside UTEST Debug password(CUST_DB_PSWD_A) - 1B00_0080h later in future HSE usage can be enables by writing at HSE Firmware Feature Usage flag - 1B00_0000h.
HSE must be configured in the CUS_DEL lifecycle. If you have already advanced the MCU lifecycle to OEM_PROD or IN_FIELD, you will no longer be able to configure HSE on the device.
