S32K ECC RAM Initial

I have noted that there is an ECC RAM initial in the startup file of S32K116. (startup_S32K116.S)

I think this is related to AN12522.

My problem, it seems the initialization only applied SRAM_U. (0x2000_0000 to 0x2000_3800)

Is it no necessary to initial SRAM_L because it is not ECC protected?

Yes, your understanding is correct. Only the ECC-protected SRAM needs to be initialized.
