S32DS GHS Plus In, Make .bin or ,hex

Currently, I have configured the environment by Plus In of Green Hills Multi on S32DS.
In an S32DS environment,  created a .bin file with (Cross Settings - Create Flash Image - Output File Raw Binary.)
I want to know how to create .bin file in GHS environment.

Thank you for your quick response.
What you have delivered is not in the GHS Plus In environment.
Create Flash Image entry does not exist.
I created the file as told in the previous S32DS environment

but not in the GHS Plus In environment.
