Hi, @mark14 , 

It looks like error because of multiple version of Java installed or not incompatible version of java installed on your computer. 

Please can you reinstall the design studio and try if works or not. That may fix the issue.

I reinstalled both JAVA and S32 IDE, but the same error still occurred.

Hi, 

please try to remove your existing Java installations and re-install S32DS. There is probably some mess in Environment Java path variables.

This is the JAVA environment installed on my computer. Do I need to uninstall one or install JDK 8?
