Reset Reason: 1. Core Lock up Reset 2. ECC Memory error

Hi, I want to configure and test following reset reason 1. Core lockup error 2. Memory ECC error. I am using RTD driver for S32K312 controller and S32DS configurator to configure MCAL layer. Can you please let me know the configuration and test scenario to test this reset reasons.

I'm not sure which S32K3 RTD version you are using. I am using S32K3 RTD 4.0.0 and I did not find Core lockup error or Memory ECC error.

Take MCU_HSE_BOOT_RST_RESET as an example, /**< @brief HSE_B boot reset. RGM_FES[F_FR20]. */
F_FR20 here refers to bit 20[HSE_BOOT_RST] of Functional/External Reset Status Register (FES).
