I raised a ticket for this purchasing. Then I got a reply under this ticket says I need to contact a sales person. Then I emailed this person but he is on vacation but he mentioned two more people as the back up person to contact, then I email them and they also on vacation. Each of them referred more backup person to reach. I emailed all of them and now I have not heard anything back. Its been 3 days.
