Ping Not Responding Using lwIP FreeRTOS Example on S32K344 Mini EVB

I am using the lwip_FreeRTOS_s32k344 example as a reference for Ethernet communication on the S32K344 Mini EVB board.

However, the ping from the PC to the board is not responding. We are using RTD version 5.0.0 and NXP TCPIP Stack version 2.0.0.

At this point, we would like to understand if there is any additional configuration required for this example to work correctly, such as PHY configuration, clock settings, pin configuration, IP address settings, or any specific changes needed for the S32K344 Mini EVB.

Could you please help us identify what may be missing or incorrectly configured?

Hello @brunoGT88,

Standard out-of-the-box lwip examples do not work with the S32K344 mini EVB. The only necessary changes are pinout and clock configurations:

You can refer to the example provided by one of my colleagues: Example S32K344 EMAC lwIP FreeRTOS miniEVB S32DS 3.6.1 RTD 6.0.0.

The community example updates pins, clocks, changes the IP to 192.168.0.209, and adds a LED stack to show that the example is running.

It also enables UDP_ECHO and skips the timeout for shutting down the TCP/IP stack.
