Peripheral tool code generation error

When I use S32DS for Platform 3.5 update (8) to configure a project for the S32K312 chip, after configuring peripherals and clicking to update the code, it shows errors with peripherals and clock. However, I'm using the default project, the clock hasn't been configured yet, and the peripherals are set to default values. The RTD version for S32K312 is 3.5.13.20240726.

Even for newly created S32K312 project, there are default configurations in the Clocks Tool. Please enable code generation for Clocks.

First of all, I see that you installed S32K3 RTD 3.0.0 P01. But now it has been updated to 5.0.0. If it is a new project, it is recommended to use the latest version of RTD.
I did not encounter this error when creating a new project with S32DS v3.5 + RTD 3.0.0 P07. If you insist on using S32K3 RTD 3.0.0, then I suggest you uninstall this S32DS v3.5 and refer to this article to reinstall it HOWTO: offline install S32K3 RTD 3.0.0 in S32DS v3.5
