i want to know that Value is '1' high or '0' low because program ex. is incorrect.

why!!! LED is off when value is '1'.....

i don't understand....

Hi,

Please check the schematic of your board. Some evaluation boards have the LED's cathode connected to MCU, and anode to VCC.
