NxpOpenBus and PCAN - .dll issue

Hello,
I'm trying to use S32K144EVB with NxpOpenBus-win32-x64_v0.9 via the CANbus, using a PEAK PCAN-USB Pro. I am not able to 'Connect Device':
"FATAL ERROR! The underlying PCAN-Basic API (PCANBasic.dll) couldn't be certified..."

I found PCANBasic.dll in two locations:
1:
c:\windows\system32\PCANBasic.dll:
Verified: Signed

Hi, I too have this problem. I'm using a PCAN-USB FD., with drivers 4.5.0.16741 with the PCAN-Basic API 4.9.0.942.  Have  you @pawl found a solution to this problem?
