Memory partition issue

In S32k144, after partitioning memory with PE Micro cyclone pro, while flashing bootloader I am getting FTFx_ERR_ACCERR = 0x0020U, /*!< Flash Access error */ But if I am paritioning the memory using IDE ithis problem is not occuring while flashing bootloader. Please help.

PE Micro Cyclone Pro is not a product supporting S32K device
