This option can be enabled in the "SpiAutosarExt" menu as shown in the image below:
Note: The "SpiJobStartNotificationEnable" is a non-AUTOSAR feature. Therefore if you are implementing a fully AUTOSAR compliant system, this option should be un-ticked. For more details about the SPI driver configurations, please refer to the RTD_SPI_UM, which is available at the following path: C:\NXP\SW32K3_S32M27x_RTD_R21-11_5.0.0\eclipse\plugins\Spi_TS_T40D34M50I0R0\doc
