Lisence missing

我的S32DS安装使用20天左右，出现“Lisence missing”,进行offline request，点击Active进行保存，出现错误对话框“Software Activation Code error”，对话框正文信息如下：

CLLReason [errorNo=16,errorString=Error creating activation handle.(FNP error 50003,71000,10104),flxActMajorErrorNo=50003,flxActMinorErrorNo=71000,flxActSysErrorNo=10104,flxCommErrorNo=0]

请协助解决，此问题如何处理，谢谢！

Hello,

If you reenter activation code it is still not working?

Which version of S32DS are you trying to activate? I can see you have 2 versions in our system.

Hello petervlna: Sorry to bother you. I am confused by the same problem for few days. Product:S32 Design Studio fot PA 2017.R1, Version：2.0,Status：License missing; License key：S32 Design Studio for e200 v2.0 when I try to activate S32， it showed “CLLReason [errorNo=16,errorString=Error creating activation handle.(FNP error 50003,71000,10104),flxActMajorErrorNo=50003,flxActMinorErrorNo=71000,flxActSysErrorNo=10104,flxCommErrorNo=0]” I tried to reset “flexnet licensing service” but it didn't work. Could you help me to deal with it？ Thank you in advance.

Under what email is the license registered?

HELLO:

这个问题目前已处理好了。

原因是近期安装其他软件（xShell7）存在无反应问题，为了处理这个问题将PC服务里边把flexnet licensing service服务停止掉，并把启动类型改成禁止后导致S32DS Lisence missing问题产生。

目前将此服务恢复后，S32DS Lisence missing问题已不存在了。
