How to synchronize the output of multiple PWM waves with S32K324

Dear engineers, I have encountered a problem at present. When I use S32K2=324, it seems that the multi-channel PWM signal generated by the EMIOS module cannot be output in the same distribution, and there is a lag in the output. Can someone solve it？

Hi,

what is a meaning of lag you mentioned? Channels have the same duty cycle and period, but edges are not aligned? How are channels configured, what modes are used? If running from same counter base then there should not be and issue I think.
