And I when BootROM load Image from external Flash to SRAM.

Hi @lukaszadrapa , Im working on SAF85xx with an external Flash via Qspi interface, using Mem_43_EXFLS from NXP MCAL

SAF85xx is still in preproduction status, so it's not supported by our online support team yet. Please discuss this directly with NXP FAE assigned to you.
