How to find the link of block lock sector register with flash sector for S32K3 MCU

Hello

We want to erase a flash sector, but I don't know what is the lock sector bit for the flash sector which I want to erased.  I remember it is very clear in the MPC574x um. I am not find the link in the S32K3 um.

please tell me how to find it.

Hello @Shaun666,

You did not specify the MCU.

It depends on the block size.

12x64KB sectors (super sectors) at first memory (768KB area of every 1MB block)

32x8KB sectors at last memory (256KB area of every block).
