Hardfault on RTOS when use OSIF_TimeDelay()

Hi everybody,
I'm using NXP S32k144 to porting module CAN.
I use example "can_pal_s32k144".  This board use SBC 1169TK/F, so I must init SBC, then it work ok, but when i use Rtos, it cause Hardfault. In funtion SBC_InitDriver call to OSIF_TimeDelay(1) and in Rtos, it cause Hardfault.

Help me!!
