HSE Firmware Install Issue — Programm stuck at checkHseFwFeatureFlagEnabled()

I am working on the S32K3X4EVB-T172 board and trying to install the HSE firmware 
The HSE firmware flashing is successful, but my application always stops at:

if (FALSE == checkHseFwFeatureFlagEnabled())
{
/* Stuck here */
}

I checked the UTEST region (0x1B000080), and I am getting the value 0xFFFFFFFF.

Please review our project and image and Please help us with this

Addresses 0x1B000080 to 0x1B00009F correspond to the Debug Password (CUST_DB_PSWD_A), which is used to restrict debug access. This is not related to HSE firmware installation.

If the code is stuck in the function checkHseFwFeatureFlagEnabled(), please verify that the value hseFwFeatureFlagEnabledValue was correctly written to address 0x1B000000.

Additionally, you mentioned that the HSE firmware was installed successfully. Could you please clarify why it is necessary to check again whether the HSE FW Feature Flag is set?

I have flashed the HSE firmware multiple times, so maybe the repeated flashing caused this incorrect value.?

Could you please help me verify what the correct value should be and guide me on how to proceed to fix it?

The hseFwFeatureFlagEnabledValue was successfully written to address 0x1B000000.

Next, let’s verify if the HSE firmware was installed. Please check whether bit 0 in HSE_CONFIG_GPR3 at address 0x4039C028 is set. If it is not set, confirm that the current device SBAF version (address 0x4039C020) is compatible with the HSE firmware version you are trying to install. It is recommended to use the latest SBAF version to ensure full feature support of the HSE firmware without limitations.

Thank you for your clarification.

I still have one doubt: Do I need to make any changes in the application code of the hse_fw_install project?

Because the UTEST area is already programmed, and the firmware flashing was also successful. We also checked that the 0th boot target is at 0x4039C028.
But still, our application code is getting stuck at that line and is not starting properly.
Could you please explain why it is not initiating, and what might be the reason?

All the changes and steps required to complete the HSE firmware installation using the S32K344_HSE_FW_INSTALL application are documented in the Readme.md file located at:

Additionally, could you please provide an image showing the contents at addresses 0x4039C020 and 0x4039C028?

In the README, it mentions IVT, but in our program there is no ivt.bin or ivt.h file included. Please clarify whether the IVT is generated automatically, embedded inside another file, or if we need to include it manually

Based on the value at HSE_CONFIG_GPR3 (0x4039C028), HSE is already installed on the device. The project you are flashing is intended for installing the firmware, so there is no need to flash it again.

My recommendation is to update the SBAF version to the one compatible with your current firmware version. This compatibility was discussed in the thread S32K344 Chip SBAF Version and HSE FW Version Compatibility Issues.

I have the sbuf project inside the demo example. When I try to debug it, the code is getting stuck at
