Getting wrong value of cell 14 and stack voltage when using FRDM33771B and S32k144

Hello,

I have interfaced mc33771 with S32K144 and used 7 cells. I have done the cell tapping as per the given connection in datasheet given for cells less than 14. I'm getting wrong value of cell 14 and total stack voltage. I am not able to get why is this happening. Also I'm getting FAULT1 and FAULT3 as yes. How can I know what's this fault is for? I've attached the snip below
It would be great if you can help me with this.

Please install 14 cells for this HW/SW,if less than 14 cells the hardware also need update.

Yes I've already downloaded AN12536 and done the connection of 7 cells as per the Type A wiring shown. Below is the attached connection that I've followed.
